Precision engineering backed by 50 years of experience
We produce precision engineering parts which can be made from all forms of plastic as well as metals ranging from aluminium to titanium. The components we make vary in size from a few millimetres to several tens of centimetres; the maximum size of a part we produce is approximately 70 x 70 cm. The size of series varies depending on the customer’s needs – most are in the range 20 to 10 000 pieces. Where necessary, we can store parts and deliver them to customers in batches suited to the customers’ particular needs.
We manage the entire production process from materials acquisition to packing. Thanks to our extensive and proven network of collaborating contractors, we can also offer various surface treatments with efficiency and superior quality.

Manufacture of components
We manufacture all of the precision components you need. Our customers stand out for having strict requirements for quality and reliability. Our principal customer segments are manufacturers in the fields of medical and security technology. In addition we produce components for devices needed in communications, in valves and regulating devices used in the process industry, and in measurement and security technology.
We can work with all forms of plastic as well as metals ranging from aluminium to titanium. The maximum dimensions of parts that can be machined are approximately 500x500x500 mm and the maximum diameter of lathed parts is approximately 280 mm.

Quality
High quality is a matter of honour at Lajupek. We have experienced and skilled staff who focus on quality control under the direction of a quality engineer. We produce measurement protocols that conform to customers’ quality plan. We also have 3D measuring equipment at our disposal.
Kiwa Inspecta Oy granted Lajupek’s production system an ISO 9001 certificate on 23 August 2023.
